29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: On or about August 28, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were replacing the siding on the chimneys of the apartment complex up to approximately 30 feet high without fall protection, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
