29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: The employer is failing to ensure that portable fire extinguishers were inspected on a monthly basis. This has most recently documented on or about August 30, 2019 at Pomp's Tire Service at 4101 West O Street, Lincoln, NE 68528. The employer could not verify that a fire extinguisher in the warehouse and a fire extinguisher in the main office had been inspected on a monthly basis
