29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: On or about June 7, 2019, during the installation of roofing material at a job site located at 355 Fire Bush Dr NW, Massillon, Ohio 44647; the employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site where employees were exposed to fall hazards from working surfaces with working heights approximately 10.9 feet above the ground. The Jonas Yoder DBA J&J Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (19260020 B02 General safety and health provisions), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1366799, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on (3/22/2019), with respect to a workplace located at Next to 1827 Wales Ave Ne, Massillon, Ohio 44646.
