29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. (a) Moundsville Middle School Field House - On or about 8/22/19, Employees performing roofing work on a low-sloped roof were not protected from falling on all unprotected sides and edges, exposing employees to falls of 11 ft. Colaianni Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1)), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1171126, Citation Number 1, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/6/16, with respect to a workplace located at Cabin Dr, Moundsville, WV.
