29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Building Exterior Sub-Roof: On 8/8/2019, Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet while installing insulation on a sub roof without the use of personal fall arrest system or any other means of fall protection. b) Building Exterior-Roof: Employees were exposed to a 30 foot fall while installing shingles on a pitched roof without the use of personal fall arrest system or other means of fall protection in place, on or about 8/8/2019. c) Building Exterior Rear Roof: An employee was exposed to fall hazards ranging from approximately 8 to 20 feet while engaged in roofing activities on the rear roof of a residential home, on or about 8/8/2019.
