29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: On or about July 3, 2019, an employee who was engaged in roofing work at a jobsite located at 7850 SW 143rd Street, Miami, FL 33156, the employer did not report to OSHA within 24-hours a work-related injury, for an employee who was hospitalized due to severe dehydration as a result to exposure to high ambient temperatures.
