Location: 400 Route 10, East Hanover NJ. a) Back room (i.e. stock room, storage area and lunch room) : employer did not have an "Exit" sign on the entrance door; on or about 7/25/19. The Dollar Tree Stores, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1183553, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/27/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1327 Main Street, Billings, MT 59105.
