29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage firefighting: On or about 7/30/2019 where the employer has an expectation of workers to fight incipient level fires failed to provide training to the employees hired after 2/22/2019. Avenger Products, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.157(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1326471, citation number 1, item number 6b and was affirmed as a final order on 3/6/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3057 Summer Oak Place Buford, GA 30518.
