29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. Located at 12659 Preservation Way NW in Pickerington, Ohio: On or about July 25, 2019, the employer failed to develop a safety and health program for employees performing siding work onsite in order to identify and protect employees from hazards associated with the installation of siding, working from scaffolds and roofs, and other construction hazards. Jesus Menjivar was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1378625, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/24/2019, with respect to a workplace located at The Village at Central College Lot 30, Westerville, Ohio.
