29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder shall not be used as a step. a. Located at 197 England Street in Pickerington, Ohio: On or about July 25, 2019, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while using the stop step of a six foot fiberglass step ladder while performing framing work. TC Saunders Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1384683, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/18/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 7590 Gundy Drive, Canal Winchester, Ohio.
