29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds: a) 15 Chetwynd Terrace, At the Chetwynd Water Tower, Livingston, NJ. Employees were exposed to falls of up to 156 feet to the ground below from the fabricated frame scaffold which encircled the water tower as no fall protection was being used even though it was feasible while disassembling the scaffold. Violation observed on or about 08/02/2019.
