29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3): Each recordable injury or illness were not recorded on the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred: On or about July 23, 2019, the employer failed to ensure all recordable injuries were recorded on the OSHA 300 log within 7 days of receiving the information. On or about March or April 2019, an employee received a smashed tip of left finger and received a prescription for pain.
