Text For Citation: 02 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Production- Calender Area, Autoskin Plant: On or before July 19, 2019, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards in that the employer did not ensure that employees utilized lockout procedures by isolating the energy sources when performing cleaning tasks on the Auto Skin Calendar. The LG Hausys America, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1273952, citation number_1_, item number_2_ and was affirmed as a final order on April 23, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 310 LG Drive SE, Adairsville, Georgia.
