29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure: On or about July 16, 2019, an employee who was directed to clean up blood following a workplace accident was not offered a Hepatitis B vaccine. This condition exposed the employee to disease hazards.
