29 CFR 1910.217(b)(7)(iii): The fixing of selection to Off, "Inch," Single Stroke, and Continuous (when the continuous function is furnished) was not by means capable of supervision by the employer: At 1120 Mason Circle S., Pevely, Missouri, specifically inside of the Coil Fabrication Department, the key used to select the mode of operation for the Benchmaster 15T Partial Revolution Mechanical Punch Press was not under the continuous supervison by the employer when this machine was placed in continuous mode. This violation was noted on 07/23/19.
