29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours. The employer failed to produce copies of the company illness and injury records, OSHA 300, 300A and 301 or its equivalent for the past 4 years within 4 hours of the request. This was most recently documented on July 11, 2019 for the Great Dane Trailer facility located at 1200 N. Centennial Drive Wayne, NE 68787. It was requested from Great Dane - Wayne EHS Manager to be provided with OSHA 300 logs for the current and previous 5 years on July 11, 2019.
