29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: On or about July 9, 2019, at 2601-2699 SW 54 Street, Fort Lauderdale FL, an employee suffered critical injuries while operating a chipper and was hospitalized for 35 days and the employer did not report the hospitalization within 24-hours.
