29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. a) On June 27, 2019, at approximately 09:00 a.m., an employee was injured while operating a locally-manufactured watering truck. The injury resulted in the in-patient hospitalization of the employee and the injury/hospitalization was not reported to the local Area Office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration within 24 hours. NOTE- Abatement certification is required for this item.
