29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: Site- Employees working from the ground were not protected from over head struck by hazards where head protection was not required to be worn. The employer routinely fails to assure effective protection against overhead struck by hazards as required by the standard, as demonstrated on June 26, 2019, when employees working from the ground as they performed roofing activities were exposed to an overhead struck by hazard where head protection was not worn at 18 Harbor Avenue, Nashua, New Hampshire. Franzoso General Contractor Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1359255, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 19, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at 61-67 Eastmeadow Way, Manchester, NH 03109.
