29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Safeguard(s) designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting), were not in proper working order at all times: GFS Paint Mixing Room: On, or about, June 5, 2019, the self-closing door provided for the storage/mixing room was not closing properly, leaving a six inch wide gap. Dent Wizard International was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1303680, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1a and was affirmed as a Final Order on May 11, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at Bloomfield, Connecticut.
