29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: (a) Front Store Room Area - Boxes, cans and merchandise were stacked in an unstable condition all the way to the ceiling; on or about 06/06/19. DOLLAR TREE STORES INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A REPEAT SERIOUS VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, 29 CFR 1910.176(b), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN THE OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1060953, CITATION # 1, ITEM # 2, ISSUED ON 09/30/15.
