29 CFR 1917.95(c): The employer did not provide well maintained emergency bathing, eye washing or other facilities where employees were exposed to hazardous substances. On or about June 3, 2019 and times prior, the employer did not provide a safety shower and or eyewash to employees working with corrosive chemicals such as but not limited to Excelis Maxx, Zinc Sulfate, and other eye and skin irritant such as Ammonium Sulfate in the following areas: - a. At the new blenders, southwest of the main office. b. At the old blenders, west of the main office. c. In the maintenance shop where totes of Excelis Maxx and other chemicals were stored and used.
