29 CFR 1910.95(d)(3)(i): Monitoring was not repeated whenever a change in production, process, equipment or controls increases noise exposures to the extent that additional employees may be exposed at or above the action level: On or about May 22,2019, at the 13901 NW 58th Ct Miami Lakes, FL ESAPI department, employees that were exposed to an 8-hour Time Weighted Average (TWA) Noise levels between 88.6-99.2 dBA were not monitored when the ESAPI trimming and sanding department was created at the facility.
