29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: Location: To include but not limited to clothing storage area, rug area, pet area, bird seed area, shelving in cleaning area, gardening area, trailer and employee break room. On or about May 3, 2019 the building was not kept free of vermin feces and urine that had accumulated in employee work areas. Ocean State Job Lots was previously cited for a violation of 29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1415612, citation number 1 item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 4/2/2019, with respect to the workplace located in Stratham, NH.
