29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Parts Authority in Norcross GA: Employees exposed to corrosive chemicals contained in batteries were not provided with the necessary facilities to flush eyes and body in the event of exposure, on or about April 24, 2019. On or about June 5, 2018, at 5944 Peachtree Corners East, Norcross, Georgia: Charging Area - Employees performing warehouse work were exposed to eye and skin burns while working with corrosive chemicals which include but are not limited to batteries which contain sulfuric acid while charging forklift batteries and cleaning acid spills from damaged automotive batteries when suitable facilities were not available in the forklift battery charging area and other areas of the warehouse where automotive batteries are stored
