29 CFR 1910.22(c): (c) Access and egress. The employer must provide, and ensure each employee uses, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces. a). On or about April 12, 2019, the employer did not ensure the walkway over the Extruder Line #4 provided a safe means of access and egress, due to a steam pipe crossing the walkway approximately 24 inches above walking working surface. b).
