29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours: a) On or about April 24, 2019, the employer failed to provide copies of the injury and illness records within the four business hours. Strong Structural Steel, Ltd. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.40(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1340766, citation number 2, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 6, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 605 West Rancho Blanco Road Pharr, TX 78577.
