29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): An exit access was not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points and the width of the exit and exit discharge was not at least equal to the width of the exit access. On or about April 11, 2019, in the stockroom, the employer permitted boxed merchandise and a flat wheeled platform to narrow an emergency exit route below 28" width, that is used by employees to handle merchandise and to exit in emergency situations.
