The employer must ensure handrails, stair rail systems, and guardrail systems are provided in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.28. a) Edger Department - On or about April 10, 2019 and times prior to, the employer did not ensure handrails were provided for employees required to access edger cross-over, thereby exposing employees to slip/trip/fall hazards.
