29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification that identifies the workplace evaluated, the person certifying that the evaluation has been performed, the date(s) of the hazard assessment, and, which identifies the document as a certification of hazard assessment: Entire Facility. The employer did not verify through a written certification that a workplace hazard assessment had been performed for the wearing of personal protective equipment by employees to protect them from workplace hazards such as, but not limited to, chemical exposures, eye injuries, and fall injuries. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
