29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: location: 805 Mamaroneck Ave., Mamaroneck, NY 10543, exterior of building on or about: 4/9/19 a) Employees were working from tubular welded frame scaffolding, while applying EFIS to the exterior of the building. The employees, who were not provided with fall protection, were exposed to a fall of 22 feet. NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
