29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be nescessary to comply with the standards set forth in 29 CFR 1926 as evidenced by the violation(s) noted during the course of the inspection: On or about April 5, 2019, the employer failed to ensure a job site was inspected prior to and during work being performed in order to identify any potentially hazardous conditions so that appropriate personal protective equipment could be issued to the employees and/or the hazards could be removed prior to the start of work. NOTE: The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or it's equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection #1055759, citation 1, item 1a, which was affirmed as final order on June 6, 2015, with respect to the workplace located at 1816 35th Street, Lorain OH.
