29 CFR 1926.451(f)(1): Scaffold and/or scaffold components were loaded in excess of their maximum intended loads or rated capacities, whichever was less: a) Scissor Lift Extension - An employee working on the scissor lift extension was exposed to a tipping hazard from not using the lift within its rated capacities or intended loads, on or about April 2, 2019. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
