29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven 7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) Outside of boiler room - On or about March 27, 2019 the employer failed to fully enclose sprocket and chain drive for wood dust trailer unloading system exposing employees to broken bones and amputation hazards. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection #1333842 , Citation 1, Item 3, issued on September 10, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1369 Rialto Rd., Yazoo City, MS 39194 which became a final order on October 10, 2018.
