29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3): The employer did not ensure that the stairs had uniform riser heights and tread depths between the landings: (a) On or about March 21, 2019 - 1050 Chemstrand Avenue, Decatur, AL, Front of Office Area, employees were exposed to trip hazards when the bottom step riser was nine inches and the risers on the remaining steps were seven inches.
