29 CFR 1910.119(o)(4): The employer did not promptly determine and document an appropriate response to each of the findings of the compliance audit, and did not document that deficiencies had been corrected. On 3/19/19, at the Suwanee facility, the employer did not ensure corrective actions identified on the employer's compliance audit completed on 10/12/2017 were corrected in a timely fashion. Items 5, 7, and 8 were evaluated as major issues on 10/12/2017 but had not been corrected by 3/19/19. Schwan's Global Supply Chain was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.119(o)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1213761, citation number 1, item number 12 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/14/17, with respect to a workplace located at 3019 Scanlan Ave, Salina, KS 67401.
