29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: a) At the facility, on or about March 19, 2019 - A reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards were not identified and evaluated. Employees were exposed to Dolomitic Limestone containing silica, causing silicosis, during packaging operations. 1910.134(d)(1)(iii) is applicable to shipyard employment by 1915.154 that incorporates the General Industry requirement.
