29 CFR 1910.145(c)(3): Safety instruction signs were not used where there was a need for general instructions and suggestions relative to safety measures: a) 3 Terminal Road, New Brunswick, NJ - Tablet Press/Encapsulation Department No warning or safety signs were posted at the entrances and in areas where dietary supplement explosive dust mixtures accumulated on floors and on equipment surfaces, and where a potential for explosive atmospheres could occur. Dust explosion severities in these areas ranged from 0.05 and 1.81, with Kst values between 2.29 and 22.72. Condition observed on or about 3/15/2019. WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
