29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): On or about 03/13.2019, C.L. Smith Company dba Lyons Blow Molding, located at 8966 Latty Ave., Berkeley, MO, had not established a Hazard Communication Program complete with all the required corresponding Safety Data Sheets (SDS). The employer did have Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for various products/materials. The employer had not converted everything to Safety Data Sheets. There were such products as: 1) HDX Germicidal Bleach which may cause severe burns or damage to the eyes; and 2) Regular Anti-Seize which may cause severe irritation, burns or even permanent blindness.
