Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): A) 971 Bonnel Ct Union, NJ 07083 Employees were engaged in the process of staging floor trusses on the 3rd floor of the structure. The employees were standing on the upper wall plates used to frame interior and exterior walls, with no means of fall protection and exposed to fall hazards of approx. 36 ft. Occurred on or about 03/12/19
