29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): On or about 03/10/2019, Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield, located at 14855 N. Outer 40 Road, Chesterfield, MO, had not established a Hazard Communication Program complete with all the required corresponding Safety Data Sheets (SDS). The employer did have Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for various products/materials. The employer had not converted everything to Safety Data Sheets. There were such products as: 1) Easy-Off Oven Cleaner Heavy Duty which could cause eyes, skin, respiratory and gastrointestinal damage; 2) Ansulex R-102 which could cause eye and skin damage; 3) Clean By Peroxy 0035 which could cause eyes and skin damage; and 4) Aloe Vesta 2-n-1 Skin Conditioner over exposure to skin could cause irritation.
