29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: (a) On or about March 12, 2019, an unused opening in a circuit breaker control panel was not effectively closed exposing employees to electrical hazards. Monro Muffler and Brakes, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1275925, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/27/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1326 Grape Street, Whitehall, PA 18052.
