29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about February 26, 2019, at Lots 244-249, 1236-1226 Foxcroft Lane, Cumming, Georgia: Employees performing framing work from the roofs of townhome units were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20.4-feet and greater when they did not use fall protection. Isidoro Badillo dba Triple C Contracting, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1128658, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 22, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Units 8-10, 3496 Fenton Drive, Smyrna, Georgia. Isidoro Badillo dba Triple C Contracting, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1047235, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/15/2015, with respect to a workplace located at Lots #13-17 South Cobb Drive, Smyrna, GA 30080.
