29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: At the Engine Department of Man Engines & Components Inc., 591 SW 13th Terrace, Pompano Beach, FL 33069. A drilling machine (i.e. Baileigh, Model VHD-40G, Serial No. Not available) lacked strain relief where cord entered into the attachment plug, exposing an employee to an electrical hazard.
