29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) Central Transport, LLC - On February 19, 2019, the floor near dock number 177, and the far west end of the dock were not maintained clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. There was packaging waste material including plastic wrap material, cardboard, and wood from broken pallets. Central Transport, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1081530, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1(a), and was affirmed as a final order on February 10, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1200 St. Johns Road, Camp Hill, PA.
