29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. (a) On or before February 20, 2019, employees at the site were exposed to fall hazards greater than 10 ft. when no form of fall protection was used while working from the 2nd level of the multi-leveled scaffold platform. The employer, RM Masonry and Stucco, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1366088, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/11/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 705 W. Avenue B, Garland, TX.
