29 CFR 1904.7(b)(4): The employer does not correctly record each work-related injury or illness that results in restricted work or job transfer on the OSHA 300 Log as a case involving restricted work or job transfer and the number of restricted or transferred days. a) On or about 11/13/2018, an employee fell on a knee and sustained a right patellar fracture. The employee was on light duty multiple weeks, and the incident was not recorded on the employer's OSHA 300 log. b) On or about 11/1/2019, an employee tripped on a rock sustaining a rib contusion. The employee was on light duty for multiple days, and the incident was not recorded on the employer's OSHA 300 log.
