29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours. a. Guy Brother's Roofing, Inc, the employer does not provide OSHA 300 logs or equivalent logs within four business hours of requesting them to an authorized representative as demonstrated on February 9, 2019. Guy Brothers Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.40(a) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1240964, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 27, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 218 Hewitt Street, Pensacola, FL 32503.
