29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours: a) On or about February 5, 2019, at the job site, the employer was requested to provide OSHA 300 logs, but the employer failed to provide copies of work-related injuries and illnesses or OSHA 300 log within 4 hours of request. Copies were provided on February 6, 2019, more than 24 hours after the request.
