29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) On or about January 16, 2019, and times prior, the employer did not develop, document and /or utilize specific energy control procedures for installing and affixing a clamp on a blowdown header in the powerhouse, exposing employees to second and third degree burns from steam.
